The Local Government Of Buhi Now Invites Bids For Improvement Of Road Shoulder, Buhi North Central School, Buhi Central School, Sagrada Elementary School, Lourdes Elementary School, Sta. Justina East Elementary School & Sta. Justina West Elementary School, Buhi, Camarines Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required 82 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
