Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Buguey Now Invites Bids For The Improvement Of Buguey Commercial Center At Centro, Buguey, Cagayan. Completion Of The Works Is Required 180 Calendar Days. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents. 3.
