The Municipal Government Of Boliney Through The Budget Approved By The Sangguniang Bayan Under General Fund, Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php4,999,136.11 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Installation Of Solar Lights Along Sitio Malieng – Poblacion Boliney Phase I With Contract No.: Mblny24-gf-cw1. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Boliney Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 18cd. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
