The Local Government Unit Of Bolinao, Pangasinan, Through The Gad (general Fund) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Pesos Only (php468,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Capacity Development And Benchmarking (for Gender And Development Focal Point System Of Bolinao) (room Accommodation/lease Of Venue, Meals And Snacks) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Bolinao, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Capacity Development And Benchmarking Period Is Four (4) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Three Years (3) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
