Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Bulacan Municipality Of Bocaue Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Food For The 13th Cycle Of Supplemental Feeding Program For Children In Day Care Centers 1 The Municipality Of Bocaue, Through Trust Fund 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Pesos (php 3,276,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of Food For The 13th Cycle Of Supplemental Feeding Program For Children In Day Care Centers Of The Municipality Of Bocaue With Project/contract Reference No. 2023- 55. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Bocaue Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Food For The 13th Cycle Of Supplemental Feeding Program For Children In Day Care Centers Of The Municipality Of Bocaue. The Required Delivery Is Within 120 Days Upon Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
