Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Isabela Municipality Of Benito Soliven Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Goods For The Assistance To Indigent Individuals And Families- Food Assistance The Municipal Government Of Benito Soliven, Through The Local Government Support Fund- Financial Assistance To Local Government Unit Under The Fy 2023 Gaa And Ra 11936, Intend To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (p 4,995,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Goods For The Assistance To Indigent Individuals And Families- Food Assistance. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
