The Municipal Government Of Benito Soliven, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Ninety Pesos & 76/100 (p121,090.76) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Drugs And Medicines And Birthing Supplies 1st Quarter (gad Fund). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty Five (45) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
