The Municipality Of Bayabas, Through Its General Fund Annual Budget 2021 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos (₱95,895.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Medical Supplies For Municipal Health And Sanitation Office Per Reference Pr No. 2021-05-108. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Bayabas Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Medical Supplies For Municipal Health And Sanitation Office, Bayabas, Surigao Del Sur. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. 3. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Address Below On Or Before 9:30 Am June 2, 2021 At The Bac Office.
