The Municipality Of Bayabas, Through The Da-bfar Mmk Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p3,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Pr No. 2024-08-180 Purchase Of Machineries For Solid Waste Management. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Bayabas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By September 17, 2024 Which Is The Initial Delivery Date To November 15, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
