The Barangay Local Government Unit (blgu’s) Barangay Bagnen Oriente And Balintaugan; Bauko, Mountain Province Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko As Their Procuring Agent, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Ninety-nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-five Pesos & 24/100 (p 1,099,285.24) From Their Cy 2024 Annual Budget As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract B Package 2024 – 10: Improvement Of Barangay Road And Pathways. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bac Of Lgu-bauko Now Invites Bids For The Contract B Package 2024 – 10: Improvement Of Barangay Road And Pathways In Bagnen Oriente And Balintaugan; Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope Of Works To Be Accomplished Includes But Not Limited To: Provision And Installation Of 3.00 Each Billboard, 2.00 Lot Site Preparation, 304.3 Sq. M. Pccp, 42.35 Cu.m Grouted Riprap, 1.00 Lot Installation Of Pipe Railings, 66.07 Cu.m Excavation (unclassified), 15.67 Cu.m Aggregate Base Coarse And 29.00 Li.m Concrete Curb And Gutter. Completion Of Works Required Is 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4. The Lgu-bauko Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On November 28, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province On Or Before December 10, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 18. The Lgu-bauko Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Section 41 Of Ra 9184 And Its Irr, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
