The Lgu - Bauko In Partnership With The Department Of Labor And Employment (dole) Intends To Apply The Amount Of Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (p 989,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract G – 2024 - 02: Supply And Delivery Of Coffee Processing Equipment. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Bauko Now Invites Bids For G – 2024 - 02: Supply And Delivery Of Coffee Processing Equipment. Delivery Period For The Goods Required Is 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act.
