The Lgu - Bauko Through Its Annual Budget Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Amount Of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract G – 2024 - 03: Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Set Dslr Camera. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Bauko Now Invites Bids For G – 2024 - 03: Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Set Dslr Camera. Delivery Period For The Goods Required Is 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act.
