In Case Of Approval, The Hope Shall Enter Into Contract With The Said Supplier, Contractor Or Consultant. Delivery Of The Above-mentioned Project/request Shall Be Within 30 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Contract/notice To Proceed. All Quotations Shall Be Considered As Fixed Prices And Not Subject To Price Escalation During The Contract Implementation.
