Description Prospective Bidders Should Posses A Valid Pcab License (general Engineering With Category D Or Higher) Applicable To The Contract, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have A Key Personnel And Equipment (listed In The Eligibility Forms) Available For The Persecution Of The Contract. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criteria. Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted.
