Description Republic Of The Philippines Cordillera Administrative Region Province Of Kalinga B A L B A L A N Invitation To Bid For Concreting Of Purok 1 Drainage Canal Along Liwaliw’s Residence, Maling, Balbalan, Kalinga Province The Local Government Unit Of Balbalan, Through The 20% Pdp 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 300,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting Of Purok 1 Drainage Canal Along Liwaliw’s Residence, Maling, Balbalan, Kalinga Province Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 1. The Local Government Unit Of Balbalan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Thirty-three (33) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
