The Local Government Unit Of Balatan, Camarines Sur, Through The Cultural And Arts Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine And Seventy Eight Centavos (p259,999.78) Pesos Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Catering Services (various Activities Related To Pintakasi Town Fiesta 2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Balatan, Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For Catering Services (various Activities Related To Town Fiesta Celebration 2024). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Dates Of The Actual Events As Indicated On The Technical Specification And A Notice To Proceed Will Be Issued To The Winning Bidder. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
