Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Balatan, Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Date Of The Actual Event As Indicated On The Technical Specification And A Notice To Proceed Will Be Issued To The Winning Bidder. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
