Cruz, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (provision Of 136m X 0.75m X 3 Layers 4” Chb Irrigation Canal Lining). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Canal Lining (purok 5), Sta. Cruz, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya Construction Of Canal Lining (purok 5), Sta. Cruz, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (provision Of 136m X 0.75m X 3 Layers 4” Chb Irrigation Canal Lining). Delivery Of The Project Is Required By Forty Seven (47) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
