Delivery Of The Project Is Required By Twenty Five (25) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
