The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through 2023 -20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy And 00/100 Pesos Only (₱223,370.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Concreting Of Meña Road, Tuao South, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (concreting Of 80.0m X 4.0m X0.2m Pccp). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Concreting Of Meña Road, Tuao South, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (concreting Of 80.0m X 4.0m X0.2m Pccp).. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Seven (7) Working Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
