The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through 2023- 20% Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One And 80/100 Pesos Only (₱ 499,981.80) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Improvement Of Fencing Around Barangay Plaza, Barangay Murong, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (retroit Existing Columns; Additional Layer Of Chb; Rough Plastering Of Columns And 180 Sq M Steel Grills As Per Attached Plan). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Improvement Of Fencing Around Barangay Plaza, Barangay Murong, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (retroit Existing Columns; Additional Layer Of Chb; Rough Plastering Of Columns And 180 Sq M Steel Grills As Per Attached Plan). Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Twenty Eight (28) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description `of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
