The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through 2023-20% Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Thousand And 00/100 Pesos Only (₱700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Ready To Lay Eggs In A Battery Cage. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Ready To Lay Eggs In A Battery Cage. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project..
