The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through 2023 -20% Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Niney Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Three And 763/1000 Pesos Only (₱ 499,663.763) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Flood Control, Bakir, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (provision Of 44m Slope Protection). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag N Ow Invites Bids For The Construction Of Flood Control, Bakir, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (provision Of 44m Slope Protection). Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Forty Five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
