The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through Bdaf 2023 (20% Development Fund) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ten And 05/100 Pesos Only (₱399,910.05) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Installation Of Solar Lights, Brgy. Quirino, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (construction Of Footing And Pedestal And Installation Of 33 Sets Integrated Solar Street Lightings). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For Installation Of Solar Lights, Brgy. Quirino, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (construction Of Footing And Pedestal And Installation Of 33 Sets Integrated Solar Street Lightings).. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Twenty Nine (29) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
