The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through Supplemental Appropriation (sef Savings) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One And 15/100 Pesos Only (₱895,951.15) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Completion Of Multi-purpose Building, Bagabag Central School, Brgy San Pedro, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (roof Framing & Roofing Of Two Spans With Existing Columns, Beams & Ms Plates, Plastering And Painting Works Of 14 Units Column & 60 Beam). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For Completion Of Multi-purpose Building, Bagabag Central School, Brgy San Pedro, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (roof Framing & Roofing Of Two Spans With Existing Columns, Beams & Ms Plates, Plastering And Painting Works Of 14 Units Column & 60 Beam).. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Forty One (41) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
