Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Nueva Vizcaya Municipality Of Bagabag Invitation To Bid Purchase And Delivery Of Asexually Propagated Seedlings (fruit Trees) 1. The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag, Through 2023-20% Development Fund-provision Of Planting Materials, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos And 00/100 Only (₱300,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase And Delivery Of Asexually Propagated Seedlings (fruit Trees). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Purchase And Delivery Of Asexually Propagated Seedlings (fruit Trees). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Ten (10) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
