The Municipality Of Bacnotan, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Amount Php1,700,000.00 Item/s 1 Name Of Contract: Supply And Delivery Of Christmas Decorations For Bacnotan Paskuhan Village Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Bacnotan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days Upon The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
