The Municipality Of Bacnotan, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Amount Php2,000,000.00 Item/s 1 Name Of Contract: Early Procurement For 2025: Provision Of Production Services For The Conduct Of Mutia Ti Bacnotan 2025 Pageant As Part Of The Culture And Arts Events, Commemorations And Promotional Activities - Diro Festival 2025, Bacnotan, La Union Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Bacnotan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days Starting On The Identified Month Of Diro Festival 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
