The Local Government Unit Of Anao, Through Its Authorized Appropriation Under The Cy 2024 Mdrrmf Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-one Pesos And 34/100 (php 399,951.34) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project Flood Mitigation Project (box Culvert Along San Juan –poblacion Crossdrains) Located At Barangay San Juan - Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Anao Now Invites Bids For The Project Flood Mitigation Project (box Culvert Along San Juan –poblacion Crossdrains) Located At Barangay San Juan - Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Days From The Commencement Of Work. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
