The Local Government Unit Of Anao, Through Its Authorized Appropriation Under The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 117,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project Provision Of Various Input To Farmers Located At Brgy. Poblacion, Anao, Tarlac. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Anao Now Invites Bids For The Project Provision Of Various Input To Farmers. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Worth At Least 25% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4.
