The Lgu-almagro, Through The Supplemental Budget 1 Of 2022 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Pesos (php 8,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Upgrading Of Local Access Road (concreting Of Farm To Market Road), Talahid To Costa Rica Section, Almagro, Samar With Project Id No. Pow-2025-098. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-almagro Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
