Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Batangas Municipality Of Alitagtag Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Various Lightings To Be Installed At Alitagtag Business & Recreation Center For The Celebration Of Festival Of Lights At Alitagtag, Batangas The Municipal Government Of Alitagtag Through The General Fund – Supplemental Budget No. 2 Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of Various Lightings To Be Installed At Alitagtag Business & Recreation Center For The Celebration Of Festival Of Lights At Alitagtag, Batangas/ Goods-2024-11-29. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Alitagtag Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Various Lightings To Be Installed At Alitagtag Business & Recreation Center For The Celebration Of Festival Of Lights At Alitagtag, Batangas. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days From The Date The Supplier Received A Copy Of The Purchase Order Fully Signed By The Contracting Parties. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instruction To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail”criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184.
