Prospective Bidder Should Have A Good Standing In Terms Of Project Implementation , No Pending / Delays Project Implementation. The Bac Will Use Non Discretonary Pass/fall Criteria In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids.
