Pick-up, Elf, Rescue Vehicle, Dumptruck, Loader And Grader) Location: Municipality Of Ajuy, Iloilo Funding Source: General Fund Approved Budget For The Contract: Php436,260.00 Issuance Of Bidding Document: February 16, 2024 – March 14, 2024 Contract Completion Period: 10 Calendar Days 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 3. Moreover, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy-five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
