Bids In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Agutaya, Province Of Palawan Now Invites Eligible Contractors To Bid For The Hereunder Projects With An Abc Of: Project Abc 1. Agutaya Multipurpose Building 4,999,624.88 Source Of Fund : Municipal 20% Development Fund Fy 2025 Project Duration : 205 Working Days Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By The Pertinent Provision Of R.a. 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of R.a 9184.
