Description Hauling Services For Hauling Of 58 Cu.m. (m³) Residual Wastes (including Loading Cost And Tipping Fee) Hauling Of Residual Wastes From Pilot Areas In The Municipality Of Sablan To An Existing Sanitary Landfill Outside The Municipality With The Following: Terms And Conditions: 1. Availability Of Transport/ Collection Vehicle (wing Van Truck Or Closed Truck); 2. Hauler Shall Be Responsible In Identifying Their Final Disposal Area (engineered Sanitary Landfill); 3. Transfer And Transport Shall Be Done On A Case-to-case Basis Or Whenever Necessary. Residual Wastes Shall Be Collected As Soon As Possible Whenever An Estimated One Load Capacity (8 Tons Or More) Is Stored At The Collection Area, With A Response Time Of Five (5) Days Upon Request. 4. Truck Loading Can Be Done Either Manually Or Through Machine Loading Whichever Is Applicable. In Any Case Manual Loading Is Recommended, Especially When Machine Loading May Cause Damage To The Mrf/storage Facility; And 6. Wastes To Be Hauled Consist Of The Existing Wastes Stored At The Pick-up Points/transfer Area. Note: 1. Payment Shall Be Based On The Actual Volume Of Wastes Disposed Determined Through Truck Scale/measurement. 2. It May Be Paid By Way Of Progress Payment Subject To Accounting Rules And Regulations; And 3. Transfer And Transport Of Residual Wastes Shall Be Supported By An Approved Travel Order By The Local Chief Executive And To Be Monitored/supervised By Menro/environment Section Or His Duly Authorized Representative.
