Description Residual Waste Hauling Services (including Loading Cost And Tipping Fee) For 58 Cu.m (m3) Terms And Conditions: 1. Availability Of Transport/collection Vehicle (wingvan Truck Or Closed Truck) 2. Hauler Shall Be Responsible In Identifying Their Final Disposal Area (engineered Sanitary Landfill) 3. Transfer And Transport Shall Be Done On A Case To Case Basis Or Whenever Necessary. Residual Waste Shall Be Collected As Soon As Possible Whenever An Estimated One Load Capacity Is Stored At The Collection Area, With A Response Time Of Five Days Upon Request; 4. Truck Loading Can Be Done Either Manually Or Through Machine Loading Whichever Is Applicable. In Any Caase Manual Loading Is Recommended Especially When Machine Loading May Cause Damage To The Mrf/storage Facility With The Assistance Of Concerned Establishment/ Residential Areas; And 5. Waste To Be Hauled Consists Of The Existing Waste Stored At The Pick-up Points/ Transfer Area. Note: 1. Payment Shall Be Bnased On The Actual Volume Of Waste Disposed Determined Through Truck Scale/measurement 2. It May Be Paid By Way Of Progress Payment Subject To Accounting Rules And Regulations; And 3. Transfer And Transport Of Residual Waste Shall Be Supported By An Approved Travel Order By The Local Chief Executive And Other Necessary Documents To Be Monitored Or Supervised By Menro/ Environment Section Or Duly Authorized Representative.
