Description 1. The Municipal Government Of Angono, Rizal, Through The General Fund ( 5% Mdrrmf ) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos ( 900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair And Maintenance Of Evacuation Center, Municipal Gymnasium, San Isidro, Angono, Rizal ( Eng’g 363-2024 ). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Angono, Rizal Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Office Of The Bac Secretariat, General Service Office ( Gso ) And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On September 16, 2024 To September 30, 2024, Working Days And Office Hours, From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos (php 1,000.00) Only. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present In Person Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees. 6. These Two Envelopes Containing The Original And The Copies Of Technical And Financial Components Shall Then Be Enclosed In One Single Envelope And Be Dropped In The Bid Box Located At The Address Mentioned Below Or Be Stamped As Received By The Bac, The Bac Secretariat Or Its Duly Authorized Representative. 10. The Bidder Shall Provide A Special Power Of Attorney (spa) Designating His Attorney/s-in-fact To Participate/represent The Former In The Opening Of Bids And Other Bidding Procedures Relative To The Project. A Notarized Spa Shall Be Complete In Details And Valid For Its Purpose. This Shall Be Included In The Technical Components Envelope Of The Bid. 11.
