The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically in civil engineering construction. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with details of projects completed in the last five years. The similar works refer to any completed works of Drainage/ Storm Water Drainage works for any city in India. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works with a cost of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of similar works completed should be at least 90% of the original contract price, with a gross value of work done being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have substantially completed works, which means those works that are at least 90% completed. A certificate from the employers shall be submitted along with the application, incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. In terms of specific personnel experience, the bidder must have: - A Project Manager with 10 years of total experience and 7 years of experience in similar works. - A Construction Engineer with 5 years of total experience and 2 years of experience in similar works. - A Surveyor with 5 years of total experience and 3 years of experience in similar works. - A QA/QC Engineer with 5 years of total experience and 3 years of experience in similar works. - A Safety Engineer with 3 years of total experience and 2 years of experience in similar works. - A Supervisor with 3 years of total experience and 2 years of experience in similar works.
