The required prior work experience for the bidder includes quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the past five years. The bidder needs to provide information on the quantities of work performed, including the year, name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks. The bidder should have prior work experience of successfully completing similar works during the last 7 years. The similar work experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 1,31,14,367/-) - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 1,63,92,959/-) - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2,62,28,734/-) The bidder must also have experience of Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Full Bore Type Flow meters and/or Valves of size not less than 600mm Nominal Diameter of at least 10 Nos. For substantially completed works, it means those works which are at least 90 % completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90 % or more of the original contract price. In joint ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract.
