The bidder should have experience in the successful completion and commissioning of works, including providing, installing, and commissioning with test and trial of Pump Set systems in water supply schemes and single Vertical Turbine pumps of specific capacities. The experience of each work should be under a single agreement. The bidder must have completed works with a maximum value of audited turnover executed in any one year during the last three years. The maximum value of audited turnover executed by the contractor in any one year during the last three years should be provided, along with the concerned year. As per the government decision, the tenderer is required to have 75% tonnage of the tender amount in any one year in the last 5 years. The bidder should have experience of successful completion and commissioning of similar works with any Govt. /Semi Govt. / corporation or equivalent organization. The experience of each work should be under single agreement. The calculation of the maximum value of audited turnover executed is based on the Wholesale price index, using the formula: Maximum X (WPI Present - WPI Max. value years). However, the exact amount is not specified. A specific condition of Bid Capacity is applicable in all tenders worth more than Rs. 50.00 lakhs.
