The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The similar works should have a cost of at least 40% of the estimated cost for three completed works, 50% for two completed works, or 80% for one completed work. Specifically, the experience criteria include completing in a maximum of 5 works during the last 5 years, the work of excavation of 58840 cum of earthwork, RCC Work of 144 Cum, and Sludge removal in drain/SWD with 9360 Cum. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 1 crore. The gross value of work done up to the last date of submission should be 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, which should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The value of works completed (in Rs. Cr) - The percentage of work completed - The amount of work remaining to be completed (in Rs. Cr) - The percentage of works to be sub-contracted (as a percentage) The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 24.41 Crore in any one year over the last five years, with a value of 6.69Cr/100 Days. The bidder should also have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract, which is Rs. 1,67,32,032. The bidder should provide information on their experience as a prime contractor and sub-contractor, including the number of years of experience and the fields of work. A certificate from the Engineer-in-charge is required, stating the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder should provide completion certificates for similar works carried out, as deemed fit for qualification criteria. The bidder is required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should be registered in VMC & required class for State and Central Government, semi government and other Corporations / Boards or such other institutions. Sub-contractor’s experience and resources shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliance with the qualifying criteria.
