The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works in the last seven years. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: 1) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, 2) Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3) Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with good quality and workmanship. For private works, only 50% of the value of the work done can be considered towards the bidder's experience. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 3,72,54,663.86. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover in the last three financial years of more than 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder must also provide a solvency certificate for an amount up to 20% of the tender amount. The definition of similar work is "Building Work in One Campus Like Community Hall, Hospital, Reading Hall, Institutional, Public Utility, Commercial and Residential Building Work (Government / Private Building)". The bidder should provide details of ongoing projects as on 31-12-2024, including the value of remaining work, start date, likely date of completion, and contact information of the project authority. The bidder should also provide a method statement and work plan, including methodology, construction equipment availability and plan of deployment, PERT/construction chart/bar chart, and manpower resource planning.
