The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar works completed in the last 7 years, specifically in building works such as school buildings, university buildings, health center buildings, hospital, and hostel buildings. The bidder should have completed one of the following: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40% of Rs.8,87,09,747.51. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 50% of Rs.8,87,09,747.51. - One similar work, costing not less than the estimated cost, or alternatively, one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 80% of Rs.8,87,09,747.51. Only government or semi-government works are considered for similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost, which is approximately Rs.2,66,12,924.25, in the last 3 years.
