The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil construction works, specifically in cement concrete work for bridge/road. The bidder must have executed at least 3650.00 Cum (M-35 OR higher) of cement concrete work, out of which 1825.00 Cum of PQC (M-35 OR higher) must have been executed with a slip form paver in any one year during the last 7 years. The bidder should have successfully completed/implemented similar work during the last 7 years, with specific requirements including: (i) At least three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost, i.e., Rs.1,43,36,112.40 (40% of Rs.3,58,40,281.00) (ii) At least two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost, i.e., Rs.1,79,20,140.50 (50% of Rs.3,58,40,281.00) (iii) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost, i.e., Rs.2,86,72,224.80 (80% of Rs.3,58,40,281.00) Additionally, the average annual financial turnover for specific civil works during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs.1,07,52,084.30 (30% of Rs.3,58,40,281.00). The bidder's experience as a Prime Contractor will be evaluated, where the weightage towards experience will be given in proportion to its participation share in the Joint Venture/Consortium. For example, if a bidder has executed a project worth Rs 100 crore with a 60% share in the consortium, its project execution experience will be considered as Rs 60 crore.
