The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 3 years, satisfying either of the following conditions: i. Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40% of Rs. 206.71 Lakh. ii. Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. iii. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover during the last 3 years on Construction of Civil Building Works not less than 100% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 206.71 Lakh. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. Similar works include Construction/Development of Builders/Apartment/Office building/Hotels & Hospitality/Infrastructure/Renovation/Remodeling/Green building/High risk building/Smart building. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 206.71 Lakh) for three similar completed works - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work - 100% of the estimated cost for average annual turnover during the last 3 years.
