The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with specific details to be provided. The experience criteria include having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years, with the following specifications: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder must have completed a maximum of 5 works during the last 5 years, with specific quantities of earthwork, RCC work, and sludge removal. The experience should be in civil works for any city in India, in government or semi-government departments. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should provide information on the amount of liquidated damages, which shall not exceed 10% of the initial contract price, rounded off to the nearest thousand. The bidder should also provide information on the percentage of work completed, as well as the anticipated date of completion. The bidder should have a Solvency Certificate from a RBI-approved bank for an amount of 15% of the estimated cost put to the tender. The bidder's annual turnover of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should be considered, with a multiplying factor applied to the turnover of each year. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, and the bid capacity will be more applicable for works costing more than 1 crore. The bidder should give an undertaking that he has access to, or has available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied, which is Rs. 1,67,32,032. The bidder should provide details of works of similar type and magnitude carried out by them, including: * Three similar works with their cost in Rs. * Two similar works with their cost in Rs. * One similar work with their cost in Rs. The bidder should also provide details of ongoing works, including the work order amount, date of work order, date of completion, percentage of work completed, and reasons for delay.
