The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Operation & Maintenance of Drainage Pipeline Network. The total value of such work performed in the last five years should be mentioned. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature over the last five years. They should also provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works with a value mentioned in the contract. The bidder should also provide a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge for the works completed. To qualify for the proposed work, the bidder's prior work experience is crucial. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of a similar nature of work, i.e., Operation & Maintenance of Drainage Pipeline Network, with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 139.91 Lacs. The bidder is required to undertake that their firm would invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission.
