The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is "HT Class Only" or "MV/HT Class".

The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B) Where: A = Maximum value of construction work(s) executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the current price level) B = Present value of the work(s) in hand N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which the Bid is invited. Additionally, the bid capacity is also related to the estimated cost of the tender and the value of similar works completed by the bidder in the past, with conditions such as: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the current tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the current tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the current tender. These conditions can be generalized as follows: - For condition a): 3 * CW ≥ 0.4 * EC - For condition b): 2 * CW ≥ 0.5 * EC - For condition c): 1 * CW ≥ 0.8 * EC Where EC is the estimated cost of the tender, and CW is the cost of the completed works. The available bid capacity should be more than the estimated cost of the corresponding work, with the stipulation that the estimated cost of the work is more than Rs.3.00 crores.
