The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder must have completed a maximum of 5 works during the last 5 years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of Rs 8.50 Crore in any one year, over the last five years. The bidder needs to provide information on: - Three similar works with their costs in Rs. - Two similar works with their costs in Rs. - One similar work with its cost in Rs. - Percentage of work completed for ongoing works, with columns for physical and financial percentages. The bidder should provide completion certificates for similar works, including the name of the work, place, tendered cost, and time taken to complete. The bidder should also provide details of ongoing works, including the name of the work, work order amount, date of work order, expected completion date, percentage of work completed, and reasons for delay. The amount and percentage values are to be filled in by the bidder. The estimated cost and the stipulated date and period of completion are also mentioned. The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract, which is Rs 5844009/-.
